Process
We provided comprehensive WHS and HSEQ documentation for builder tender submissions to the Rottnest Island Authority, carefully tailoring each component to address the unique risks of the island environment. This included bespoke management plans covering high wind ratings, barge and marine logistics, remote emergency response capability, and environmental preservation requirements. By building documentation that aligned with both client expectations and regulatory standards, we ensured the tender addressed compliance needs in a way that was practical for contractors to apply.
